Market steer weigh-in will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 8:00 - 10:00 am at the beef barns on the fairgrounds. (A "bad-weather" date has been set for Monday, December 16 from 5 - 8 pm.)
A Beef Quality Assurance, available for both youth and adults, will be offered from 10 am - noon right after weigh-in/tagging. This BQA will meet the youth's QA requirement for the 2020 program year.

Steers must be born on or after January 1 of the previous year. Steer weigh-in and identification takes place on a date set by the Senior Fair Board. All steers must be weighed and identified on this date to be eligible to show and sell. Members may weigh in three beef steers and may show and sell two market steers at the fair, provided they do not bring any other market animal to the fair.
